The total number of sales has now exceeded last year…we are at 1108
For the week 11-9-2015 to 11-16-2015 we saw a pretty active market for Longmont Residential sales…and results were going both directions….sales were high for the week exceeding the average for the year…the number of deals that fell out were high…and a high number of price reductions seem to be the trend…here are the results
