Steve Arrington – Broker Associate
Steve Arrington, originally from Idaho, is in charge of all real estate sales and is the managing partner of operations. Steve is personally involved with each of his client’s transactions through the handling of all contract originations & negotiations to the attendance of all client closings.
Steve’s primary objective is
bringing buyers and sellers together by utilizing his 20 years
of real estate experience to get deals done. Steve has found
it most effective to work personally with each of his homebuyers,
from the selection & showing of each property to the closing.
Steve’s homeowners also appreciate his individualized
attention to their property; Steve maintains weekly contact
with his homeowners through scheduled calls, as well as the

Kim Jones – Transaction Coordinator
& Administrative Assistant
Kim Jones, an Atlanta native, pays meticulous attention to every detail, from initial customer contact to the closing of a deal. So many important components are involved in the buying or selling of your home, and Kim will be involved each step of the way to ensure nothing is overlooked or forgotten.
Kim has been working with Steve since
1998, and has been instrumental in the closing of all of his
deals. Kim is in charge of keeping track of showings and feedback,
lender follow-up, title work, closing and post-closing follow-up,
client correspondence, and coordinates all aspects of the
transaction, to name a few duties. Kim’s wide range
of knowledge with both business demands and problem-solving
abilities make her a perfect fit as Steve’s transaction
coordinator and administrative assistant. As Steve says “If
I’m not around, Kim can handle it!”
