Step #5 - Close on your new home!
Finally the day has come… to make sure the closing is a success, a few things still need to happen:
- You may need to bring certified funds to the closing. Steve will inform you of the amount of funds needed to close.
- You will need to bring to the closing a picture ID, and any other forms required by the Lender.
- Drive to your new home and celebrate!
