Home Inspection
 The purpose of a home inspection is to go beyond what you can see with your eyes, and identify latent problems. For example, the average buyer can see chipped paint or worn carpet, but would not be able to detect any problems with the foundation, the furnace, or the roof. To identity any potential or future defects of the property, Steve recommends to all of his Clients that they invest in a professional home inspection as part of the process of purchasing their home.
