He even went to court (which he didn't have to do) on a divorce settlement regarding water shares on the property. His recommendation for a lender was absolutely perfect and flawless, as was his attention to every step of the process.

I can say honestly that it was a stressless process partly because of his laughter but mostly because of his attention to every single step in the process. I loved teasing him about earning his commission but in all honesty, he worked his tail off for me and I appreciate very much what he and Kim did for me! "
