” Steve Arrington sold an undeveloped, mountain-view parcel near Berthoud , Colorado for me last year while I was personal representative of my brother’s estate and living in Arizona .

When it came time to sell my home, I again contacted Steve and we embarked on a very memorable journey to move 10 years of accumulation to the compactness of a townhouse.  Yes, after 10 years I was ready to downsize.  And yes, I knew Steve was a great realtor but I was a bit shocked but pleasantly surprised when my home sold in 10 days.  Steve and I very quickly had to step up the home search.  I remember one very memorable day of townhouse hunting when Steve was making his all too common jokes about the house, my predicament, the neighbors, his old afro look, etc. and I replied with a not so serious tone, “Steve, we don’t have time for that @!#*, I need to find a place to live quick”.  We laughed so hard and I still laugh when I think about that fun day of house hunting.  Ultimately Steve ‘hunted out’ a place that was listed by owner and got me in quickly to see the property.  It was perfect, it was empty, and it was going to be mine within the time frame that I had.  We (and I mean WE) negotiated a great deal and I was moved in less than a month later.  His recommendation for a lender was absolutely perfect and flawless, as was his attention to every step of the process. 

I can say honestly that it was a stressless process partly because of his laughter but mostly because of his attention to every single step in the process.  I loved teasing him about earning his commission but in all honesty, he worked his tail off for me and I appreciate very much what he and Kim did for me! “
